SATURday: Explore the connections between sport and classical music with an Olympics-inspired event. Priory Place Methodist Church is putting on a concert featuring music heard at the 1936 and 1984 Olympic Games. Music included will be Bolt From The Blue by US-born composer Stephen Montague. TOMORROW: A SONGS of Praise Concert is being held at Armthorpe Community Centre. The Armthorpe Elmfield Band will be playing out hymns and songs, starting at 7pm.
