Epworth Colts under-13s secured their second away victory within 48 hours following a 2-1 win over Burton Pumas.
Keeper George Moore was called into action early in the game making a fine save.
Chances were at a minimum, only Jordan Jenkinson and Ben Carson went close before a free kick was awarded 18 yards out.
Mitch Fulwood took the kick and fired the ball into the net giving the Pumas keeper no chance.
Colts increased their lead when a crossfield ball from Cam Young was controlled by Carson who chipped the keeper from the edge of the area.
The second half began with a controversial penalty being awarded to Pumas which was dispatched for 2–1.
Colts then pressured the opposition with Carson, Ciaran Hazel, Bobby Foster and a thunderous strike by Josh Richardson - which was tipped around the post - all coming close.
As the game drew to a close, Pumas broke away, but a magnificent one-handed save by Moore secured the points for the Colts.
Man of the match was awarded to Ben Carson for a great, all-round performance.
