According to the Met office, today should see light winds and a dry, largely sunny start.
Cloud will build through the morning allowing some showers to develop late afternoon, perhaps becoming locally heavy before easing through the evening. Maximum temperature 22°C.
Tonight will be dry with light winds and largely clear skies; this may allow a few rural mist patches to form by dawn, clearing quickly after sunrise. Minimum temperature 9°C.
It should be a fine and warm Saturday, though winds will pick up towards the end of the afternoon. It will stay dry overnight with only the Pennines seeing a risk of rain. Maximum temperature 25°C.
The outlook for Sunday to Tuesday is quite breezy with outbreaks of rain and bright spells on Sunday and Monday, possibly turning heavy for a time before clearing south to leave a much better day on Tuesday.
