A Doncaster singing star took centre stage when she appeared on The X-Factor.
Jodie Porteous, 21, from Doncaster, was seen by a nationwide audience of millions after an advert starring her was screened during the breaks on Saturday night’s smash hit ITV show.
Programme sponsor TalkTalk TV chose Jodie’s rendition of ‘Girls Just Want to Have Fun’ by Cyndi Lauper to appear in one of the ‘BopHeads’ music videos during the adverts.
Vlogger Jodie said@: “Although I love to sing I don’t think I’d be brave enough to audition for The X Factor, so to see myself on national television singing is amazing!
