Here we are in the middle of British Pie Week and to celebrate we have teamed up with the Yorkshire Pie House for this week’s great reader offer.
From Thursday, March 10, until March 16 – excluding Saturday – simply cut out the coupon on Page 26 of the Doncaster Free Press, and present it to staff at the eatery at 17 Silver Street, Doncaster, for the two for the price of one offer on the Works (normally £5.99), (pie, mash/chips beans/peas, gravy and mint sauce) – Monday to Friday between 12-5pm.
The business was recently awarded a top hygiene rating from the Food Standard Agency and takes pride in its hand made mouth watering dishes cooked daily using ingredients sourced from award-winning butchers.
A new restaurant team includes the acquisition of experienced head chef, Daniel Sey, formerly head chef at the very famous Cabbage Patch Eatery in Twickenham.
Owner, Andy Milner, said: “Yorkshire Pie House has always been proud of its quality ingredients and freshly baked pies. Our kitchen is front of house and open, so we have nothing to hide and all our pies come with award winning fillings. Our selection of delicious deep filled pies include, Steak and Stilton, Chicken and ham, steak and ale, and Vegetable.
“We bring the country pub pie onto the high street.”
