Are you having trouble losing weight? Have you tried to shed those excess pounds for some time but can't stick to a diet?

If so, Channel 4's Food Unwrapped wants to hear from you.

The popular, award-winning series is looking for people who want to lose weight to embark on three of the nation’s favourite diets over the next eight months.

Food Unwrapped travels the world to explore the industry secrets behind our favourite food.

The show returned to screens last night with host and former farmer Jimmy Doherty finding out how cereal is made while Matt and Helen discovered the health benefits of lard and how apple juice concentrate makes its journey to the breakfast table.

Previous episodes have seen the team in Hollywood looking at the latest food fads, finding out about the surprising health-giving properties of curry, and traveling to Tanzania in search of the Hadza tribe, whose diverse diet gives them superior gut bacteria.
