Pledges urged for charity cause
A Doncaster based fundraising committee which has generated more than £84,000 since starting three years ago is calling on local businesses to pledge support.
The third Equinox Ball will take place on Saturday November 5 and was the idea of Sarah and Paul Mullen (pictured) who had lost Paul’s parents to cancer in the same year and within two weeks of each other. Once again, funds will be raised for Cancer Research UK and also Doncaster charity Firefly which assists cancer patients in taking them to and from their medical appointments.
