She said: “I understand life balances, family time, work time and most importantly 'me' time.

“I have developed not just physical strength but emotional strength during my life and career. Being an Olympic athlete four times over has shaped my life for a greater future and I believe that with my unique experiences I can help others achieve a more positive and healthy lifestyle.

"Whether it be circuits, running, strength based work, HIIT or taekwondo, I just love working out. It's part of me, who I am and I am massively passionate about sharing all of my skills and knowledge with whoever wants to join me. It's an exciting challenge.”
