There’s still time to nominate your unsung heroes ahead of our South Yorkshire Newspapers Community Awards.
The deadline for entries has been extended to Monday (April 6) and we need you to nominate across a wide variety of categories to honour the cream of the crop.
We’ve amalgamated our popular sports, education and Superkids awards into one ceremony with awards dished out on May 6 – but we need you to help us find people who deserve our coveted prizes.
Speaking about the awards, Doncaster Free Press content editor Chris Page said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to honour those who make such a big difference in our communities on a daily basis.
“It has been a pleasure to read the inspirational nominations that have been flooding in and we look forward to receiving even more over the next few days.”
Maybe you know someone who has battled against the odds, pulled off some stunning sporting success or helped oversee transformation in the community they live in.
