Put a spring in your step this weekend with a guided walk on Thorne Moor.
The free walk on Saturday is organised by Natural England and will last approximately two-and-a-half to three hours taking in views of the old peat cuttings and the moor’s canals.
Organisers have said there may also be an opportunity to see the roe deer at this time of the year.
Numbers for the walk are limited so booking in advance is recommended.
The walk starts at 1pm and bookings are being taken up to one hour before the event.
Children must be accompanied by an adult and dogs are welcome if kept on a short lead.
