Houses and flats planned for former youth club site

A former Doncaster youth club building looks set to be knocked down and replaced with new houses.

The former club on Kirkby Avenue, Bentley, would be demolished under detailed plans which have been submitted to Doncaster Council planning department.

They would be replaced by two blocks of four three-bedroom homes, a block of two three-bedroom homes and a block of four one-bedroom flats.

The proposals also include boundary walls and details of a private access drive to take residents to the 10 houses and four flats.

There would be parking spaces for 16 vehicles on the site.

The plans have been submitted by Gr33n Homes.

A decision on the application is due from Doncaster Council by early March.
