A meeting of the Parochial Church Council discussed the regeneration of the Barn which is guided and administered as trustees of the Haydon Trust by the resident Vicar of Hatfield Church and the two current churchwardens of the church.

A questionnaire some months ago agreed a new building was needed. A small steering was formed to move the project forward and they need more information from the people who use or will use the building. The Barn Regeneration Steering Group proposed that an application for a grant be made on behalf of the PCC to the Big Lottery Fund Community Buildings Programme. The PCC decided by a majority vote to go ahead with application.

Coffee Morning in aid of Bluebell Wood will be held in the Barn on Saturday, 14th April, 10 am - 12 noon.
