The family of a 30-year-old father who died following a motorbike smash have spoken out.
Robert Wilson died on Monday five days after sustaining life-threatening injuries in a collision in Bentley, Doncaster.
The family of Mr Wilson has issued the following short statement: “Robert was a devoted father to his daughter, who was his little princess, and a loving son. He will be missed by everyone.”
At around 8.40pm on Wednesday 29 April, Robert Wilson, from Bentley, was riding a blue Kawasaki motorcycle along The Avenue.
Between the junctions of Elm Street and Alexander Street, the motorcycle was involved in a collision. No other vehicle was involved.
Mr Wilson was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries where he died on Monday 4 May.
A 48-year-old man, who was a pillion passenger on the bike, sustained serious injuries.
