Epworth drink driver receives ban
Christopher Davies, 25, of Blacksmiths Court, Epworth pleaded guilty to drink driving, being caught with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit is 35mg. He was banned from driving for 18 months.

* Also appearing before North Lincolnshire Magistrates on Class A drugs charges was Darren Holgate, 39, of Axholme Avenue, Crowle.
He indicated a plea of guilty to two offences - possession of a quantity of the diamorphine and also possession of crack cocaine.
Holgate received a total fine of £150, was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
