BRAVE pensioner Elaine Ward is set to go to great heights for charity - by jumping from a plane at 15,000ft.
The courageous 70-year-old will take a leap of faith later this year to raise cash for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
The Bessacarr OAP will undertake a terrifying sky dive on Sunday, June 30, at Hibaldstow Airfield - the first time she has done anything like it.
But she is no stranger to planes, working in the Duty Free shop at Doncaster’s Robin Hood Airport.
And it will be a family affair for Elaine as both her daughter, Lisa Kroger, aged 40, and her niece, Andréa Speak, also 40, have signed up as well.
