A Doncaster guitar store has hit the right note with a tribute to the victims of last week’s Paris attacks.

Staff at Electro Music in Copley Road have created a window display - using coloured guitars to recreate a version of the French flag in rememebrance of the 129 people who lost their lives in last Friday’s gun and bomb attacks in the city.

A spokesman said: “After the horrendous attacks in Paris we decided to show our support by re-arranging our guitars in our window display - carefully choosing blue, white and red to give the illusion of the French flag.

“Little did we know that it would go viral on Facebook.”

Likes and shares have contributed to a total of 28,000 views.

He added: “Not bad from Copley Road! We’re amazed at the response.”
