Doncaster fire round up: Wheelie bin and skip blazes

Fire crews in Doncaster tackled two separate blazes last night.

Officers from Edlington station were called out to Denaby Avenue, Conisbrough to deal with a wheelie bin fire at around 10.55pm.

Crews spent twenty minutes at the scene and used a hose reel to extinguish the flames. The cause of the fire is not known.
Meanhwile, in a separate incident, officers from Adwick fire station to deal with a skip fire shortly after midnight.

Crews were called to the scene in South Street at 12.20pm and spent twenty minutes at the scene damping down.
