Suspended sentence for Doncaster man who didn't turn up for unpaid work

Ross Wilfred Daniels appeared before Doncaster Magistrates’ Court on September 24 where he admitted breaching the community order imposed by the court on April 15, 2019.
Daniels, 20, of Shaftsbury House, Cardigan Road, Intake, Doncaster failed to attend an unpaid work session on July 26, 2019, and three days later also failed to turn up for a rehabilitation activity day organised by the Probation Service as part of the community order imposed by the court, records show.

Hide AdMagistrates revoked the community order when Daniels appeared before the court and gave him a ten-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.
Records show that Daniels was first given the community order which he breached for assaulting a woman by beating on April 5 last year.
Records also show that Daniels destroyed an iPhone belonging to the same woman, valued at £1,000.
