Police in early morning drug raid find over 100 cannabis plants in Doncaster house

Doncaster’s Central Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out an early morning drugs raid in the town today.

Officers executed a warrant in Wentworth Road in Wheatley and found a sophisticated cannabis grow of more than 100 plants, along with a dangerous electricity bypass which has now been made safe.

Two men have been arrested and are in the cells waiting to be interviewed later.
