Hunt is on for man who stole £8,000 worth of fuel from Doncaster yard


Police are hunting a man suspected of stealing £8,000 worth of fuel from a Doncaster logistics yard.

Police received reports at 11.45am on September 30 that around £8,000 worth of fuel had been stolen from the yard in Warmsworth.

Police believe that a man, driving a white van, entered the yard and stole fuel from barrels that were being stored on the site.

The man is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, bald, of stocky build and wearing a high visibility jacket.

Anyone with information should contact South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 548 of September 30.
