Former Doncaster town centre boss in court over sickening child sex pictures

Roy Dean, who was in charge of promoting and publicising Doncaster town centre and its shops and businesses for several years, was spared jail after appearing at York Crown Court to face three counts of making indecent images of children.
Dean, 63, who was town centre manager in Doncaster in the early 2010s, was sentenced to eight months in prison, suspended for two years.

Hide AdHe will have to register as a sex offender for 10 years, comply to a sex harm prevention order for 10 years and undertake 40 days of rehabilitation activities.
After leaving his role, he became an artisan confectioner, setting up a stall in York’s Shambles Market under the name ‘That Fudge Guy.’
According to his website he has held various roles over the years including kitchen porter, barman and art teacher.
