The pedestrian who died following a road collision in Doncaster on Easter Sunday has been officially named by police.
23-year-old Daniel Aistrop of Skellow was walking in Trafford Way, near to the junction with West Street, at around 3.45pm when he was involved in a collision with a black Audi A5.
He was taken to hospital but later died.
The Audi driver, a 19-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
As enquiries continue, officers would like to trace three pedestrians who they believe were in the area at the time of the collision.
