The following people have appeared at Doncaster Magistrates Court charged with the following offences...

n belle VUE: A Doncaster drinker was left with more than just a hangover after being ordered to pay £90. Chantelle Charles, 26, of Chequer Avenue, admitted being drunk and disorderly on her street on June 10. Magistrates deemed that one days detention had been served.

n BRAITHWELL: A 28-year-old was sentenced to a fortnight in prison after damaging a kitchen window. Jonathan James Thornhill, of Holywell Crescent, admitted the offence which happened on May 23.

n carcroft: It was a close call for a motorist who was ordered to pay £365 for using his mobile while driving. Edward Patrick Coleman, 39, of George Street, was found guilty of the offence that happened on January 9 along Wheatley Hall Road. He was also given three penalty points.

n thorne: A shoplifter has been made the subject of a community order. Fay Brocklesby, 34, of Pashley Road, admitted stealing £175 of household products from Factory Shop on May 15.

n town CENTRE: Using threatening and abusive language landed a Doncaster man with a £175 bill. Mathew Maly Cole, 29, of School Court, pleaded guilty to the incident that was said to cause harassment or alarm to others and took place on May 22.
