Officers have arrested a 41-year-old man following two suspected arson attacks on business premises in Scawsby, which left over £13,000 worth of damage.

It comes after two car garages were reportedly set alight in the early hours of August 8.

Police arrested the 41-year-old man at an address in Sprotborough yesterday (Tuesday, August 25) on suspicion of two counts of arson not endangering life.

He has been bailed pending investigation.
