Appeal after sexual assault on a 14-year-old girl in Balby

Police are appealing for witnesses following a 14-year-old girl reporting a sexual assault in Balby, Doncaster.

At around 8am, on Friday, June 6, the girl was walking to school with friends along Springwell Lane.

A man unknown to her has approached and allegedly sexually assaulted her by touching her chest.

He then fled the scene, through a housing estate and emerging on Croft Road.

The man is described as approximately 5ft 10ins to 6ft tall and of a medium build. He is described as having a very deep tan and is thought to be in his early 20s. He also had slight buck teeth.

He was wearing blue jeans, a white T-Shirt and a black waist length cardigan.
