Businesses in the Dearne are being offered the chance to drive more safely with launch of free safe driving taster sessions.
South Yorkshire Safer Roads Partnership is offering businesses a free ‘Safer Driving at Work’ taster session at the Lifewise Centre in Rotherham on March 12 and April 15.
The one day course developed by the Safer Roads Partnership for companies with a fleet of drivers is aimed at improving company policies and reducing the number of collisions involving drivers.
The taster sessions are being held at the Lifewise Centre, based at Hellaby in Rotherham.
Joanne Wehrle South Yorkshire Safer Roads education manager said: “South Yorkshire businesses are invited to attend a taster session to learn more about what is on offer in relation to reducing on-road risks for company drivers. Courses can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organisation and involve interactive sessions for staff with true to life scenarios delivered on our purpose-built set at the Lifewise Centre in Rotherham.Businesses in the Dearne are being offered the chance to drive more safely with launch of free safe driving taster sessions.“There will be an opportunity to tour the centre and speak to the people who deliver the course about how we can develop bespoke sessions to meet your specific requirements.
