The business community has until tomorrow to put themselves or another deserving company forward to win a gong at this year’s annual Doncaster Business Awards.
Nominations for the awards close at 5pm on Friday, September 18.
Tony Houlihan, managing director, of TwentyFour IT Services, which won ‘Small Business of the Year Award’ last year, said: “Winning makes you feel part of a very successful community.”
The Origin Broadband-sponsored awards, which are run by Doncaster Chamber and counts the Doncaster Free Press as official media partner, is in its 17th year. This year sees 15 award categories as follows: Business Start Up of the Year, Excellence in Corporate, Social and Environmental Responsibility, Excellence in Customer Service, Excellence in Marketing and Communications, Excellence in Overseas Trade, Excellence in People Development and Training, Success Through Innovation & Diversification, Success Through Partnership Working, Third Sector Business or Organisation of the Year, Business Person of the Year (35 and under), Business Person of the Year (36 and over), Small, Medium and Large Business of the Year, Lifetime Achievement Award, All businesses who are Doncaster Chamber members or have a DN postcode can enter.
