Graduates are being offered the chance to kickstart their career through a new recruitment programme.

Leading recruitment agency Adecco, is launching its graduate talent search with up to 80 places up for grabs this year.

Graduate opportunities available cover a range of recruitment firms in the Adecco group.

These include established agency Office Angels, IT and engineering recruiters, Modis and Adecco themselves.

Prospective applicants also have a ‘try before you buy’ option through Adecco’s recruitment experience programme.

Under the ‘The Freedom To Be’ initiative applicants will be invited to a free five-day residential workshop where they can learn more about life as a recruitment consultant.

Adecco say the workshop will also look at individual’s working styles and provide guidance to possible career options.

Peter Searle, chief executive of Adecco Group UK and Ireland, said: “People are the lifeblood of our business. As the UK’s largest recruiter we’re able to offer a broad range of opportunities in a wide variety of markets with outstanding prospects for career progression.

“This isn’t just about offering a training scheme - we’re offering compelling and rewarding careers to graduates.”

The free workshops will run from July 4-8 and July 25-29, however Adecco say places are limited.
