Whether its your local park, woods or the splendour of the Peak District, wrap up warm and hit the countryside. Why not curl up in front of the fire with the books you've received for Christmas? Doncaster, Wetherby and Catterick will all be staging race meetings - go along and cheer on your favourites and maybe win a few quid too. Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Barnsley are all offering shows of seasonal silliness - oh yes they are! Have yourself a giggle at the theatre. There's plenty of blockbuster movies to pick from - stock up on the popcorn and hit the silver screen.
