Top tribute acts at Misterton Music Festival

Top tribute acts are all set to perform at Misterton Music Festival which takes places next week.

The event, on Saturday June 18, at Misterton Social Club field on Fox Covert Lane, will see the first band take to the stage at 12.20pm, followed by 11 hours of entertainment.

This is the second community festival of its kind in the village and will include headline act, Stars in Your Eyes finalist Terry Nash as Meat Loaf with his five piece backing band The Usual Suspects,

There will also be tributes to The Killers and special afternoon matinee performances to Sam Smith and Olly Murs.

Local bands The Ticks, The Perfect Somewhere, and White Light featuring Misterton’s own Jack Wilson will also take to the stage.

Organiser Sam Beevers said: “We hope to see you all there on June 18 with club profits of this event going towards the upkeep of our village community social club.”
