The Turnpike pub in Bawtry will welcome two popular singer/songwriters over the next few days.

Tonight from 8pm Paul Gibbard from Lincoln will take to the stage as he brings his eclectic mix of sounds from Paul Weller to the Rolling Stones.

On Sunday at The Turnpike from 8pm there will be a performance by Laura Kelly from West Yorkshire, returning to the pub for the fifth time due to popular demand.

She will play her usual covers of modern female artists including Adele and KT Tunstall. Host Steve Womack (pictured) described the two performers as “consummate musical artists” always welcome.
