This year’s event sponsored by Green Eco Grants – The Energy Saving Specialists, has grown in stature with organisers Bawtry Retail Association proud to announce Green Eco Grants as headline sponsor of the event.

Over 500 tickets are already sold for the Robinsons Champagne marquee in addition to an amazing range of catering and drink outlets to ensure the event lives up to the social scene enjoyed by Home County Polo Clubs.

Teams for Crown Hotel, China Rose, Fine and Country, Robinsons of Bawtry, The Vanilla Rooms, Suttons Capital Allowances, Max Design Consultancy and Yasmine of Bawtry, will compete in the knockout competition aiming to win, and also seize the winner’s trophy from the Crown Hotel team who are undefeated champions.

“This year’s event will be quite spectacular and we hope to raise lots of money for our chosen charity ‘Aurora’ whilst ensuring that all our competitors, sponsors and guests have a memorable day watching this amazing sport,” said Rebecca Dickenson Chair Bawtry Retail Association and playing as Patron for her team The Vanilla Rooms.

Jaysters will be providing a hog roast and polo themed Barbecue and The Pizza Guy will be serving gourmet pizza fresh from the wood fired pizza oven in the back of his converted Land Rover. And for those with a sweet tooth there is cakes and chocolate by Cherry Blossom Cakes, Thaymar Ice Cream Van, hot drinks from The Street Caffe plus two Veuve Clicquot champagne bars will be provided by 31 Market Place Cocktail Bar & Bistro.

“As well as having a superb selection of food and drinks guests are welcome to bring their own picnics and refreshments too,” said Rebecca. ‘We just want as many people as possible to come along, enjoy watching this rather unique sport and be part of a great social scene.”
