Doncaster builder's Rock Challenge donation

Housebuilder Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire has provided Mexborough Academy with a £500 donation towards the school's involvement in the recent country-wide Rock Challenge event.

The cash boost went towards enhancing the students’ costumes and set designs, as well as funding the team’s transport to the competition venue.

The event, held at the Magna Centre in Rotherham, invited performing arts students across the country to create an eight-minute dance routine that showcases their talents.
