During lockdown Charlotte Collins has moved her makeup business CC Makeup Artistry online and has been teaching classes on how to create the glamorous looks she would usually be able to do on clients in person.
She said: “It’s a great way to brush up on your makeup skills when we’re all stuck inside.

Charlotte, from Thorne, said: “I didn’t know that I had been nominated for the award so it was a big surprise when the awards tagged me on Facebook letting me know that I had won for Yorkshire.
“I was so happy I couldn’t believe it - we had a few glasses of champagne to celebrate.”

Hide AdCharlotte was surprised to win as she started her business in September of 2019 and was up against makeup artists who have had more experience and worked on celebrities.
“It’s been such a rollercoaster since I started but the business has been going so well that I have decided to launch my own line of false eyelashes,” she said.
“The CC Collection will have four styles of lashes and they will be of a natural style perfect for bridal or soft glam.
“I have always loved lashes when you add them and at the end of a makeup look it makes so much difference.
