“A massive congratulations to Josh from our U7 Green squad on winning our first ever Clubman’s Trophy.
“During the last lockdown, our first team lads decided they'd take to the streets to raise funds and awareness for the charity Evestrust. We had a fantastic response from the whole club with players, parents and coaches from our other teams joining in. Josh’s parents contacted us to ask if it was ok for Josh to join in. Not a problem was the reply thinking we’d get a couple of miles out of the seven year old superstar. 25 miles later and a massive £700 raised on his own for charity, he’s our Clubman of the Year 2020.
An Evestrust spokesman said: “Well Josh, what can we say.......you my friend are a superhero!
