One Direction fan under fire for CONGRATULATING Louis Tomlinson on Doncaster Rovers' relegation
Twitter users sparked a backlash against a user known as 'Emily' after she tweeted the star after a 0-0 draw against Burton Albion confirmed the club's demotion yesterday.
Copying a link to an earlier tweet which read: "DONCASTER ROVERS HAVE BEEN RELEGATED," she tweeted: "no idea what that means but congrats @Louis_Tomlinson!"

Jack Prentice tweeted: "This is a bad thing and why 1 Direction fans should NOT tweet about football. Stick to screaming at him."
Jack Toulson wrote: "I have lost all faith in humanity."
Matt Murphy tweeted: "What One Direction has done to football..." while Els Fox stormed: "Is she for f***ing real???"
Emily later followed up her initial tweet with: "hopefully Louis will see it and find it funny."
It is not clear if Emily's account is genuine or a spoof.

Hide AdLouis, who made a failed takeover attempt for the club with former chairman John Ryan two years ago and who played for his hometown team in a reserve fixture, has so far failed to comment on Rovers' relegation, focusing on unlikely Premiership champions Leicester City instead.
Tweeting on Saturday he wrote: "Amazing scenes watching Leicester City lift the trophy. Love it !"
Earlier in the week he wrote: "Can't believe what @LCFC have achieved ! Everyone involved in the club should be so proud."
In the past, Louis has been sported wearing a Manchester United shirt while enjoying a kickabout with friends at the Keepmoat Stadium.
