A teaser trailer for a thriller movie shot and produced entirely in Doncaster has been released ahead of its silver screen premiere.
The Library, a chilling tale of an occult murder, is set to go on show for the first time later this month – with a spooky screening just before Halloween.
The movie was shot at a variety of locations across Doncaster – including the Doncaster Free Press offices in Sunny Bar - in the summer of 2012 and has since been in post-production and tells the tale of a girl who uncovers a grisly trail of events at a local library.
Scenes were shot in the historic library at Hall Cross school, Doncaster Interchange and our very own offices, where the girl investigating the case challenges a local journalist over his reporting of the events.
The premiere will take place at Doncaster Minster on October 26 from 7pm and tickets, priced at £12, are available from The Blue Building, High Street or on 01302 734309.
