DONCASTER Rovers have appealed for help from supporters to ensure tomorrow’s clash with Leyton Orient goes ahead.

With heavy snow forecast for Friday and Saturday, Rovers have asked for volunteers to help clear the Keepmoat Stadium pitch and surrounding areas on the morning of the game.

Covers have been placed on the pitch which should protect it down to temperatures of minus six.

Snowfall from earlier this week was cleared on Wednesday while the majority of the effort has gone into ensuring the pavements outside the stadium are safe for supporters.

Anyone who would like to offer their services for Saturday morning should call (01302) 764664.
