Saturday’s home game against Colchester United will see schoolchildren from across Doncaster take on roles such as groundsman, PA announcer and stadium manager.
One youngster will also be given the opportunity to be Paul Dickov for the day!
The initiative is part of Doncaster Rovers’ ongoing efforts to attract new young fans.
Sports writer Paul Goodwin recently spoke to Rovers’ marketing and media manager Ryan Murrant about the concept. Listen to the interview by clicking play above.
