DUNSCROFT Welfare U12 failed to turn the heat up on Division Two leaders Mexborough Rovers after being held to a 4-4 draw in the Doncaster and District Junior Sunday League.

Mexborough lost for the first time this season but Welfare failed to take advantage after being held by Mexborough Rangers.

Adam Clarke scored twice with an own goal and an Owen Smith strike rounding things off for Dunscroft who must win their game in hand to have any chance of catching Rovers.

Premier Division side Stainforth Juniors piled the pressure on struggling Harworth Colliery with a 9-2 mauling.

Jordon Gibbons scored five with Ricky Clarke adding a hat trick and Bradley Morris also on target.

Mitchell Scott and Kelvin Playfair struck for Harworth.

Jake Temperton scored a hat trick as Dunscroft Welfare U11s triumphed 6-2 at Town Moor Tigers.

James Mattocks hit a brace alongside Luke Black’s strike for Welfare in the Division One tie.

Thorne Colliery U11s suffered a heavy 9-0 defeat to Carcroft Village Juniors.

Moorends Stingers U11s suffered a blow to their title hopes after losing 1-0 to second placed Danum Juniors.

Stainforth Juniors U11s won 4-0 against Bawtry Juniors.

Jake Oliver and James Gill netted alongside Connor Gray’s brace.

Alex Docherty scored the only goal of the game as Moorends Hornets U15s beat Bentley Pumas in Division One.

Dunscroft Welfare U13s were downed 3-0 by Rossington Juniors.

A Conner Robinson hat trick helped Hatfield Celtic U17s to a 5-1 win over Conisbrough and Denaby Juniors in the Premier Division.

Johnny Bower and Liam Alexander also netted for Celtic.

Stainforth Juniors U14s triumphed 3-1 over Scawthorpe Scorpions in the Premier Division.

Dylan Humphreys, Joshua Firth and Liam Sadd netted for Stainforth.

Declan Shephard netted for Harworth Colliery Juniors in Division Two but they lost 2-1 to Town Moor Tigers.

Dunscroft Welfare U16s battled out a 2-2 draw with Rossington Juniors in the Premier Division.

Jordan Irwin and Kieran Sanderson netted for Dunscroft.
