Denaby United booked their place in the semi-final of Doncaster Senior League’s Dawson & Burgess Premier Division Cup with a 3-0 derby win at Denaby Main, writes Steve Hossack.

Mark Williams, Steven Ellor and an own goal accounted for unbeaten league leaders United’s tally.

South Elmsall United dished out a six-goal beating to Hemsworth Town Terriers.

Martin Walsh and Adrian Howe both bagged a brace with Patrick Needham and Andrew Brown also chipping in.

A four-goal haul by Tom Noon laid the foundations for Sutton Rovers’ 5-2 win at Yorkshire Main.

Tom Clamp also got in on the act with Ricky Caudwell and Adam Butler both replying for Main.

Denaby United will visit Sutton Rovers in the semi-final.

The winners of the Hemsworth MW-Rossington Main quarter-final will play host to South Elmsall United in the other tie.

Bawtry Town booked their place in the last four of the Division One KO Cup with a 5-1 win over Ackworth United.

Tom Dixon led the way with a hat trick and there were single strikes for both Steven Dixon and Nathan Powney. Jack Willis was the United marksmen.

FC Central, for whom Lee Hayes, Ryan White and Daniel Turner netted, recorded an extra-time 3-2 win at Harworth Colliery.

Carl Grant was the hat trick hero of Dunscroft United’s 6-3 win at Scawthorpe Scorpions.

Daniel Smith, Daniel Standish and Kieran Sanderson also hit the target with Luke Chambers, Tom Chambers and Ryan Walker replying.

Brodsworth Welfare will entertain FC Central in the semi-final with Bawtry Town hosting Dunscroft United in the other tie.

Armthorpe Markham Main had to settle for a Jamie Trueman consolation when going down to a 3-1 home defeat in their Premier Division clash against visiting Hemsworth, for whom Scott Collins, Gary Welka and Karl Roberts netted.

Swinton Athletic romped to a 6-1 win over Division One hosts Bentley Pumas.

Tony Davies and Shaun Turner both notched hat trickS for Swinton, with Brad Atherton denying them a clean sheet.
