UNHAPPY director of rugby Brett Davey has made six changes to the Knights side that lost at Plymouth on the opening day as he prepares to welcome last season’s top side Bristol.

Davey described the defeat as the worst performance he had witnessed during his time at the club and insists his players have a massive point to prove in the first of the new Friday night clashes (7.45pm).

Dougie Flockhart will move to full back after Michael Keating suffered a shoulder injury against Plymouth.

Speedster Tyson Lewis will replace Flockhart on the wing while Will Simpson will come in for Tom Luke who is struggling with injury.

Louis Silver replaces Chris Hallam at scrum half after impressing off the bench at Plymouth.

Among the forwards, Phil Hoy will replace Dom Parsons at second row while Adam Kettle will comes in for Sam Pailor at number eight.

Bristol are set to be without former Knights star David McIlwaine after he suffered a head injury in the opener with Newcastle.

And the Knights’ Dante Mama will not have the opportunity to lock horns with brother Marco who is also out.

But former Doncaster fly half Tristan Roberts is set to start on his return to Castle Park.
