TRIANA angler Shane Crompton set a new three-and-a-half hour match record at Thorne Pine Lakes in the latest evening match.
He netted 64lb, consisting mainly of carp and ide, fished shallow with red maggot using a whip.

Out of the other 11 anglers Alain Urruty (Triana) came second and Lee Hall (Colmic Stainforth) third.

Results - 1. Shane Crompton, Triana, 64-0-0; 2. Alain Urruty, Triana, 34-8-0; 3. Lee Hall, Colmic Stainforth, 31-9-0; 4. Andy Allport, Rotherham Paving, 31-1-0; 5. Gary Charles, Pine Lakes, 24-2-0; 6. Chris Fenley, Pine Lakes, 23-3-0; 7. Doug Farmer, Pine Lakes, 18-9-0.
