There was plenty to tickle the taste buds at Epworth’s Autumn Food Fair, and visitors savoured the chance to browse fine food and beverages on a warm and sunny Saturday.
Again, people descended on the market town to try and buy products ranging from the exotic to quality traditional fare. Handmade pies, cakes and confectionery were on display, along with all kinds of cheese and wines, dishes with a dash of the Orient and amazing flavours of jams, pickles and preserves.
A North Lincolnshire Council spokeswoman said: “Epworth Food Fair attracted over 1000 visitors, from both local communities and across the region.
“Many people asked about the next market, and there will be one before Christmas, at the end of November.”
There were 30 stalls while Flo the Clown entertained.
