Their hard work was rewarded recently when they were presented with the Organisation and Supporters’ Award by the YAA.

Traders picked up their certificate at a glittering awards bash, held at RAF Linton-on-Ouse, near York.

Trader Phil Toone, 60, of Barnsley, said: “We want to sat thank you to all the traders and public who have supported us over the last several years. It has been a huge effort everyone has made throughout the years. To keep supporting such a vital charity is nice to see, especially in times like this when there isn’t much money about.”
