A TEENAGER from Doncaster is fighting for his life after the car he was driving crashed head-on into another vehicle.
The 19-year-old man suffered multiple leg fractures and facial injuries following the smash in a country lane on the outskirts of Doncaster.
Police described his condition in Doncaster Royal Infirmary as life threatening.
His blue Citroen AX collided with a beige Vauxhall Vectra at the junction with Cockhill Lane and Long Gate near Braithwell, officers said.
The Vauxhall driver, a 54-year-old Edlington man, sustained minor leg injuries. He was taken to hospital before being allowed home.
The crash happened around 11.10pm on Monday.
Officers want to hear from people who saw either car before the collision happened.
