Doncaster woman cut free from car following two-vehicle smash

A woman has been cut free from her car, following a two-vehicle collision in Doncaster.

The collision occurred on the M18 in Doncaster and led to a woman in her 50s being cut free from a Vauxhall Corsa by firefighters.

Doncaster, Thorne and Adwick firefighters attended the incident which also involved a Subaru.

A woman, also in her 50s, walked away from the Subaru with minor injuries but was taken to hospital as a precaution.

The incident happened at around 7.30pm on Friday, September 25 near East Cowick.

Yorkshire Ambulance Service and South Yorkshire Police also attended.
