Pupils from a Doncaster primary school serenaded kind-hearted shoppers at Lakeside Village as part a charitable appeal to ensure every child gets a present this Christmas.

Kingfisher Primary School’s 45-strong choir performed a festive Santa Sing-a-Long for shoppers at the outlet shopping centre, inviting members of the public to join in the singing and make a donation to Trax FM’s Toy Appeal, too.

The Toy Appeal urges people to donate new gifts which will be given to children in need across the Doncaster and Bassetlaw area.

Cheryl Sadler, centre manager at Lakeside Village, said: “We teamed up with the children at Kingfisher Primary School to raise awareness of this fantastic cause and provide our kind-hearted shoppers with a festive sing-a-long to get them in the mood for Christmas.”
