Hide AdPaces, which is based in Sheffield, is a specialist centre, charity and school for children and adults with cerebral palsy and motor disorders.
Paces' Community and Events Fundraiser, Ruth Wallbank said: “We are absolutely thrilled that Music Makes Memories have chosen to support Paces.
"Music is so important, particularly for children and adults with disabilities and has been a great source of support for many of our families.
"In particular, it has helped our superstar, Lennie, who has raised almost £19000 with his Lennie’s Tunes appeal."

She added that the online concert could help boost their fundraising appeal, called ‘New Home for Paces’.
Both concerts, which will run for one hour, will be held via Facebook Live and will feature local singers Stevie Moore and Patricia Lynn.
