Staff and members of the public gave the new-look Skellow Post Office the stamp of approval at a special opening ceremony.
The grand opening was marked by hosting a special celebratory event in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Local World War Two veteran Eric Clarke officially re-opened the post office.
All the money raised from the event will go towards the Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity to keep providing the life-saving service that costs £9,990 per day to keep maintained and in the air.
